Where can I economically print & bind a single 1000 page PDF?
Take your book in PDF form on a memory stick to a printer and get a copy printed on A4 sheets. Any good printing service will do double-sided printing. Then, visit YouTube and look at videos showing how to bind single sheets. Or visit my page on Facebook where I show the process of binding single sheets. Any good bookbinder other than big commercial companies, should bind a single copy at a reasonable cost. I would do it for $50 but I am in Australia and postage may be the big hurdle.
